Our story
You Defy All Odds
Lucky Energy is the story of perseverance, blind faith, and never giving up on yourself. Its abrasive nature carves a path for a new beautiful beginning. We grab attention to tell an authentic story that inspires you to see that the “unlucky” situations in life are always full of luck.
People talk a lot about odds, they’re scared to take risks because of “crazy” odds. To even have been born is a 1 in 400 trillion chance, THOSE are crazy odds.
Lucky Energy is the idea of perseverance, blind faith, rebellion, and never giving up on yourself. We live life to the fullest, we take risks, we understand that tomorrow is not guaranteed so we have to embrace today.
And, despite attempts to quiet us, censor our words, and tell us the odds are bad, we’re here to fly together.
Where the name comes from
Delta Flight 191
Delta Flight 191 was on a routine flight from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles when it got caught in a catastrophic thunderstorm and crashed in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Among the 27 survivors was 12-year-old Richard Laver – the future founder of Lucky Energy.
This is embodied our founder Richard Laver's story - of being the youngest survivor of Delta Flight 191 crash that killed 136 people, including his father. Hence the name, "Lucky Energy."
LUCKY ENERGY IS A BETTER FOR YOU ENERGY DRINK THAT CELEBRATES TRIUMPH OVER TRAGEDY AND PERSEVERANCE EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE.
WE ARE ALL LUCKY TO BE HERE.

The Club Collection
Tennis, heart, and hustle
Forty years ago, I lost my father in Delta Flight 191 crash, a tragedy that forever changed my life. My father, who owned a beloved racquet club in Delray Beach, Florida, built a community rooted in tennis, heart, and hustle. We honor that legacy with the launch of the Club Collection - a line of vintage court-inspired and warm-weather pieces designed for those who transform pain into purpose and carry the spirit of those they’ve lost forward. This collection is a heartfelt tribute to my dad and the energy that still lives on. - Richard Laver, Founder.
